COVID-19

Madam, Sir,

We are pleased to welcome you back to our Domains for your holiday destinations, gourmet and/or sports getaways; always in strict accordance with applicable health rules.

 

NEW PROTOCOLS

FOR YOUR FUTURE STAY

  • Cancellation :

Book your stay in one of our establishments with complete peace of mind with our cancellation insurante at only €9.

You can cancel your reservation, free of charge, up to 3 days before your arrival (exept for promtions and special offers)

  • Room Service:

Room service remains open for breakfast, lunch and dinner according the establishment.

  • Reception Protocol:

Our Hotels, Restaurants and staff remain in compliance with the health protocols published by the government and health officials. This includes wearing mask compulsory inside the establishments, hydroalcoholic hand sanitizer available throughout the establishments, compliance barrier gestures with guests and the disinfection of all public services by our trained staff, several times throughout the day.

In accordance with new government measures applicable from August 9, 2021, a health pass or PCR test ofless than 72 hours or even positive RT-PCR or entigen test attesting to the recovery of COVID-19, dating from least 11 days and less than 6 months, you will be requested on your arrival in our establishments by our reception service. This will avoid having to annoy you each time you want to take advantage of our different services. Regarding the PCR test, if it expires during your stay, we will ask you to get in order and present us the new valid document. Without one of these two supporting documents, we will unfortunately not able to welcome you.

OUR RESTAURANTS

  • Social distancing:

Following the lastest government announcements, from August,9th 2021, a health pass or a less than 72 hours PCR test will be requested upon your arrival in our restaurants. Without one of these to supporting documents, we will unfortunately not be able to welcome you.

  • Barrier gestures:

Hydroalcoholic hand sanitizer will be available at each entrance of our Restaurants. For everyone's safety, all staff will be wearing masks and guests are asked to also be wearing masks in all public areas of our establishments. This can be removed once seating at the table.

We will change these arrangements according to the new measures that will the government.
