To celebrate Easter with family or friends, our Chef Richard Prouteau, offer you a refined and gourmet menu enhanced by the magnificent view of the Loire.
Children could participate to our traditional Egg Hunt in the park, from 11h30 to 12h15 the 22nd of April 2019.
Leek “cannelloni,” tartare of sea scallops and lime
Crunchy organic egg, lettuce pistou, pickles and vegetable salad
Lovely langoustines with a fondue of sweet peas, royale of spring onions and chervil
Roasted kid meat with aillet (local baby garlic), green asparagus, potato and giblets bonbon
Local tome cheese from Longué-Jumelles, nougatine with cocoa nibs
Melting chocolate “savarin”, speculos biscuit, sorbet and raspberry’s wine
