Large mirrors decorated with little cherubs, reflecting the green shades of the arbor and the grounds, beautiful windows overlooking the terrace, here and there placed on the walls are Santiago seashells recalling the history of the place, in the fireplace a fire crackles... The restaurant at the Hôtel Saint-Martin is a deserving stopover in its own right!

As an award winning cook at his previous establishment, Chef Alexandre Laboral of Hôtel Saint-Martin applies a culinary philosophy centered on sustainable cooking and sourcing the best produce from local farmers markets. In the pure tradition of hospitality that defines this hotel that is on the way to Saint Jacques de Compostelle, Chef and his team create traditional French cooking with local and seasonal products.
